Procedure of the Waste recycling project

• Cutting machine will cutting off the hard waste as the small pieces enable to recycling high capacity
• Piano hard waste opening machine will tearing and loosen the yarn and hard waste properly
• OPENER 600mm diameter are loosen and open the waste again, for combing it

• 250mm diameter will cleaning and combing the fiber enable get the final fiber for o/e standard
• The dust fan will clean out and remove all of textile dust when shredding and combing .
• The back conveyor will picking all of un-opened material again feeding into recycling machinery avoid lost .
• The dust filter will collect all of the textile dust from the recycling machine keep clean of working shop . (if you need)
• The hydraulic baling press will pack the finished fiber as bales automatically after recycling .
• The electric panel (touch or switch) will control the line on/off .
